Ingredients:
40 gm Prequick Dosa premix
2 tbsp curd
Water (As needed)
30 gm grated paneer
50 gm boiled potato (mashed)
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Few curry leaves
2 green chilles (finely chopped)
1 tbsp oil
Salt (As needed)
How To Prepare?
In a bowl, mix 40 gm Prequick Dosa premix and 2 tsp curd. Add water gradually to make a smooth, thick batter and rest for 10–15 minutes.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp jeera, curry leaves, and green chillies saute briefly.
Add onion, sauté until soft. Mix in mashed potato, 30 gm grated paneer, and salt. Cook for 2–3 minutes until dry.
Grease idli moulds, pour batter halfway then add a spoonful of potato - paneer masala filling in the center and add a little more batter on top to cover.
Steam for 10–12 minutes on medium flame and rest for a minute before unmoulding.
