High Protein Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 40 gm Prequick Chilla premix
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup boiled corn
  • 1/2 chopped carrot
  • 30 gm paneer
  • 1 cube of cheese
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp mix herbs
  • 1 tbsp of pizza sauce

How To Prepare?

  • In a bowl, add 2–3 tablespoons of Prequick Chilla Premix (40g) and mix with ⅓ cup water (50 ml) to form a smooth batter.
  • Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and add ½ tbsp ghee.
  • Pour the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to make a crisp chilla.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on top.
  • Add chopped vegetables and paneer cubes.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
