Masala Dosa

Crispy masala dosa filled with spiced potato mash, combining flavor and nutrition. High in protein and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Healthy, delicious, and satisfying for every meal.

Ingredients:

  • 40 gm Prequick Dosa premix
  • 50 gm boiled potato (mashed)
  • 50 gm onion (sliced or chopped)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Jeera (cumin seeds) - As needed
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chilli - finely chopped (as per taste)
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 1-2 tbsp curd
  • Water

How To Prepare?

  • In a bowl, mix 40 gm Prequick Dosa premix and 2 tsp curd. Add water gradually to make a smooth, thick batter and rest for 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp jeera, curry leaves, and green chillies saute briefly.
  • Add onion and cook until translucent then add mashed & boiled potato and salt, mix well, cook for 2–3 minutes until masala is well mixed and dry.
  • Pour 1 ladle of batter at the center and quickly spread outward in circular motion to form a very thin layer.
  • Drizzle little oil/ghee around edges. Cook on medium flame until dosa turns golden brown and crispy (no need to flip).
  • Place prepared potato masala on one side and fold the dosa.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney & sambar.
