Ingredients:
40 gm Prequick Dosa premix
50 gm boiled potato (mashed)
50 gm onion (sliced or chopped)
1 tbsp oil
Jeera (cumin seeds) - As needed
Curry leaves
Green chilli - finely chopped (as per taste)
Salt (As needed)
1-2 tbsp curd

How To Prepare?
In a bowl, mix 40 gm Prequick Dosa premix and 2 tsp curd. Add water gradually to make a smooth, thick batter and rest for 10–15 minutes.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp jeera, curry leaves, and green chillies saute briefly.
Add onion and cook until translucent then add mashed & boiled potato and salt, mix well, cook for 2–3 minutes until masala is well mixed and dry.
Pour 1 ladle of batter at the center and quickly spread outward in circular motion to form a very thin layer.
Drizzle little oil/ghee around edges. Cook on medium flame until dosa turns golden brown and crispy (no need to flip).
Place prepared potato masala on one side and fold the dosa.
